Casa Emmaus
Yesterday we arrived in Algeciras, Spain!! After breakfast at the hotel in Malaga we walked/drove to Malaga airport to wait for the bus to take us to Antonio and Esther (in Algeciras). THE BUS RIDE WAS SO PRETTY ALONG THE COAST OF THE MEDITERRANEAN!!! Lois beat me in a one and a half hour chess game ♟️?
Antonio and Esther were SO warm and expressive, and meeting their daughter Jeni was a blast. We arrived at their home (the EMC Center) in the afternoon. After a tour of the finished downstairs and unfinished upstairs, we went on the roof (see picture above). What a view, guys…
After this Jeni split us into two groups and we went on a scavenger hunt that was designed to help us explore the city! Supper was a delicious soup made by Esther and BREAD of course ?.
Our team appreciates your prayers for us: that we would be prayerful in all that we do, always taking time to be refreshed in the Spirit (personally and all together). And that we would be able to bless our hosts as much as they are blessing us.
