New Campus Build Updates

Training Servant Leaders to Follow Jesus, Serve the Church and Engage the World.

"We are excited about beginning a new chapter on a fresh campus to continue our mission as a Bible college. SBC has been training servant leaders to follow Jesus, serve the Church and engage the world, with our alumni serving in churches, ministries and businesses around the world. The message of scripture is a foundation for the life of individuals and communities, and a much-needed foundation in our quickly changing times."

Dave Reimer, SBC President

Progress Report

The time has come when all our prayers, dreams and planning for a new SBC campus will take shape. The planning is complete, office walls are going up in the east wing, the west wing is coming down on April 28 and the building of the new foundation will begin.
SBC has long been on mission equipping the next generation for leadership in the church and in the workplace. We have outgrown our current space and are looking forward to our new campus taking shape with a move-in goal of September 2026.

We are so grateful for the tremendous support we have received from staff, donors, alumni, the Steinbach community, and friends and family of SBC. A new future in a new space to better accomplish our mission is becoming a reality. We will continue to empower servant leaders to follow Jesus, serve the church and engage the world.

Keep praying with us and consider donating a one-time gift or a monthly/yearly gift for the next 3 years. Thanks to the incredible donor response we only have $3 million left to raise. Will you be part of the legacy? Donate now!

Dave Reimer, SBC's president, says construction will start in March, and hopes a ribbon cutting can be held ahead of the school year in 2026.

Steinbach City Council has given the green light to a proposal that will see the Steinbach Bible College move to a new location at 333 Loewen Boulevard, the former site of the Steinbach Family Medical Clinic. Steinbach City Council held a public hearing and gave second reading to rezone 333 Loewen Boulevard from Commercial Regional Zone (C4) to Educational and Institutional Zone (EI).

There were no objections at the public hearing, with feedback from the neighborhood seeming to be quite positive.
Dave Reimer, President of SBC, says they have spoken with about ten of the neighbours, and all of the conversations have been positive so far.
