Steinbach Bible College seeks a faculty member to direct our Pursuit Certificate of Experiential Leadership for the 2025-26 school year. This person will work as much as full-time from August 1 to December 31 and may take other responsibilities for the winter semester as the college needs. The Pursuit director leads a program of missional experience, leadership training, study, and travel for up to 12 students each Fall. This work requires gifts of mentoring, organizing, pastoring and teaching.
