Terry Kaufman is Professor of the Markplace and Ministry Leadership programs at Steinbach Bible College.

I am so excited to serve SBC in Marketplace and Leadership Studies as I am greatly burdened to equip Christians to serve in all the environments God places us as we navigate this changing world we are in. My greatest hope is to have meaningful conversations with students at SBC, and our community at large, about faith and life – and work toward bringing those two together helping students prepare to lead in the church and in the marketplace. I see a great synergy with my work at SBC and my part-time position serving, across Canada and around the world, with the Evangelical Free Church of Canada as Leadership Catalyst, giving special attention to lay-leadership training.
