With a return of our June dates and a shotgun start, a record number of golfers came out to support biblical education across two golf tournaments!

210 golfers hit the links on a beautiful sunny day at Quarry Oaks Golf Course in Steinbach June 7th, while the forecasted rain gave way to sunshine for the 106 golfers at Minnewasta Golf & Country Club in Morden on June 21st.

“Thanks to our sponsors who support us each year, as well as many new sponsors and the 316 registered golfers. You have blessed the hearts of SBC staff and students,” Els Fenton, Director of Advancement, exclaimed.

Through this generosity, you helped SBC raise over $100,000! The funds will go towards supporting students and Christian higher education at the college.

Fenton says that your support “will continue the 86-year mission to train servant leaders as they serve the church and engage the world! Thank you!” 

SBC would like to thank all of our volunteers and the 80 sponsors that helped make this tournament possible! Thanks to Quarry Oaks and Minnewasta for their hospitality in allowing us to host these events.
