SBC’s Learning Outcomes Inventory is a self-assessment of entering and BA graduating students. Scores are a percentage of students claiming a proficiency of 5, 6, or 7 on a 7-point scale.

Retention Rates
Retention indicates the percentage of students registered in on-campus programs who continue from the start of Year 1, to the start of Year 2, etc.

Graduation completion Rates
Completion rates measure the number of students who completed their program within 1 1/2 times the allotted timeframe. For example, those who completed a three-year bachelor’s degree in 4.5 years or less

ABHE BIBLE KNOWLEDGE EXAM
The ABHE Bible Knowledge Exam is a standardized undergraduate test given to first-year students on arrival, and BA graduates in their final semester. Graduating student results are compared with incoming students and graduating students from 200 colleges across North America.
Placement & Service Rates
Placement rates indicate how many graduates are serving in a related field and/or pursuing further education in a related field 6 months after graduation.
Graduate employment & service Rates
Surveys of graduates with Certificate, Associate, and Bachelor degrees taken within 6 months, 5 years, and 10 years after graduation.

Security and Fire Safety
Fire Procedures and Drills
Fire drills will be carried out from time to time to help students familiarize themselves with procedures. Students should read the procedures posted throughout the building.
Remember to leave quickly, but do not panic or run, and do not stop to carry out goods.
In case of fire or alarm in the administration building:

Fire hazards should be reported or eliminated.

In case of fire or alarm in the administration building:
- Sound the alarm.
- Leave the building as per posted fire escape plan.
- Assemble together until notified.
In case of fire or alarm in the residences:
- Sound the alarm.
- Clear the building and assemble in the soccer field.
- Inform the Residence Director or the Dean of Student Services. CGLs account for Care Groups.
- The building may not be re-entered until the all-clear signal is given by the Director of Maintenance.
Fire hazards should be reported or eliminated.
