Off to Spain
Our team of 16 SBC students and spouses is leaving on Thursday for southern Spain. We appreciate your prayers as we travel through a variety of airports on our way to Malaga and Algeciras.
We will have opportunities to serve and learn about global mission, faith & freedom, friendship ministries, camps, and church partnerships. Pray that Spaniards and North Africans can hear the clear truth of the gospel, meeting Jesus in a way that is relational and authentic.
Please pray that our team will have open hearts and open hands as we anticipate what God has planned for us. Pray that God would give us a confident hope as we walk into new situations in Spain. Pray that our faith will bear good fruit. Pray for good health and safety. Our team looks forward to worshipping with Spanish churches, learning from missionaries and local pastors, and reaching those who need to meet Jesus and hear the Good News. Pray that we would develop a deeper understanding of how Jesus brings hope and freedom to those who struggle with status, doubt, loneliness, addictions, and marginalization.
