Management Principles Course

October 18, 2012 7:00pm - October 20, 2012 4:00pm This course will initiate students to the management functions common to ministry and non-profit organizations. Topics include biblical foundations of vision, mission and values, governance and leadership, strategic planning, management theories, staff and volunteer resources, communication strategies, and finances.
Audit Option:
Available for 1 audit... attend weekend sessions.
Credit Option:
Available for 3 credits which includes an online beginning September 24th. Attend sessions and participate in online discusion. Not available for just 1 credit. Click here for syllabus.
