Churches
A large part of SBC's ministry is providing off-campus resources for the church. Take some time to review the many opportunities available to your church.
Bible Studies
Each year SBC publishes a Bible study guide written by SBC faculty and/or students. They are ideal for adult Sunday School classes or home-based small groups. Leader guides and study guides are available for each series.
DVD Resources
SBC has published a DVD Bible Study on the Lord's Prayer. This DVD is ideal for small study groups.
Foundations
Foundations is biblical training brought to your church. Each year SBC sends its professors to off-campus locations to teach Bible college courses. Courses may be taken for credit or audit and are usually taught over four weekends between September and April. Locations have included Aylmer, Leamington, High Level, LaCrete, Altona and Belize.
Speaker & Ministry Teams
SBC has two ministry teams that travel to churches throughout the year. Ignite! is SBC's worship team. It is unique in that it does not simply perform a selection of music, but rather chooses songs that all in attendance can sing together. New Creation is SBC's drama troupe. This six-member drama team spends the college year preparing various sketches as well as a full-length production for ministry in churches and schools.
Leadership Conference
A Leadership Conference is offered each March to churches, the community and our students. It is sponsored by SBC and its supporting conferences. A guest speaker(s) presents a series of lectures on a topic that will challenge and encourage those in various fields of ministry.
