The Pattar Diaries - Issue 4

It hard to imagine that we are almost finished with the tour for this year. We have two more days to spend together and then we say good-bye to three members of the group and make the long trek back to Steinbach. It will be a bit sad to end the tour. At the same time I'm eager to get back to Steinbach as well.

As we wrap up the tour I would like those of you reading this to pray that we would finish strong, both in our performance and in our relationships. We have had a really good tour and it would be easy to coast to the finish line, yet as Richard reminded us, we are called to run the race in order to win the prize. Physical, emotional and spiritual fatigue is evident in the group and we are at this point needing to rely all the more on the support that comes through prayer. As a team we have been going through selected passages from the book of Hebrews. Today's passage comes from Hebrews 10:19-25. I would encourage you to pray through that passage together with us.
